We are committed to promoting the SDGs and reducing food loss through our one-stop lineup of freshness preservation technology.
ESG investment - Attracting investment -
Reduction of food resource waste (ZERO hunger) by High-quality defrosting
Our technology and products
■ KURA-BAN
KURA-BAN technology which electrifying a high -voltage currently can contribute to reducing food loss by keeping the food fresh for a long time under refrigeration (3 to 10 times longer than conventional refrigerators) Aged with freshness retained. Defrost with minimal damage. KURA-BAN Product Line-up : KURA-BAN Container (Vessels, Temporary storage), KURA-BAN Prefab, KURA-BAN refrigerator (For stores)
■Sea Snow
Sea Snow is a technology that creates ice with a salt content of 1% and minus 1 degree celsius. This technology makes it possible to maintain the freshness of fish. We have also developed a special filter that adjusts sea water concentration to 1%,making it possible to install in areas with limited water resources. Sea Snow has attracted high interest from countries where the cold chain is still underdeveloped. We support logistics from many angles and are responsible for the future of fresh food supply.
■ DIPS (Instant freezing)
DIPS produces a slurry of DIPS ice at -21°C from saturated salt water with a salinity of 23.5%. DIPS ice enables super-fast freezing by latent heat.
①High-quality frozen food processing by super-quick freezing technology *After freezing, the food can be frozen, stored and transported in the usual way
●High quality long-term frozen storage ●High-quality long-distance transportation ●An alternative to the blood-removal process using the technique of IKEJIME
②Super-quick freezing of transport materials (Cold pack etc.)
